At Schultz Family Dentistry, we accept all “open” dental insurance plans, allowing you to choose our office for your dental care. Examples of open plans include traditional indemnity dental insurance and Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans.
We offer a comprehensive written estimate for all suggested dental procedures, detailing the treatment costs, anticipated insurance contributions, and out-of-pocket expenses. Understanding your dental plan’s design, including limitations and deductibles, is essential to being prepared for your share of the costs on the day services are rendered. We are happy to assist you in obtaining benefit information and will promptly submit your dental insurance claims at the time of service.
